The service

Top 3 Local is an independent directory that lists local businesses by category and city. Rankings and selections are described in full on our methodology page. All listings are free, and placement cannot be bought.

Listings and accuracy

• Listing data is compiled from public records and may contain errors. We correct or remove listings on request.
• A ranking is an editorial opinion, not a guarantee of quality, and does not create any relationship between us and the listed business or a consumer.
• We do not verify licensure, insurance, or fitness of any listed business. Consumers should do their own due diligence before hiring.

Claiming a profile

• Claiming and maintaining a profile is free. There are no paid placements, subscriptions, or tiers of any kind.
• You confirm you are authorized to represent the business you claim, and that the details you submit — including any license number — are accurate and yours.
• You agree not to submit false, infringing, or unlawful content. Profiles found to misrepresent licensing or credentials are removed.
• Placement reflects our editorial criteria and profile completeness; it is not for sale, and no payment can change it.

Consumer use

Top 3 Local is free for consumers. We do not take commissions or referral fees on any transaction between a consumer and a listed business.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Top 3 Local is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the directory or from any interaction with a listed business.
